General Description:     

The Winner’s Club Representatives are responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism while providing positive and friendly interactions with internal/external guests at all times. Individuals in this position are expected to provide a premier level of customer service with enthusiasm, optimism and outgoing temperament. Competency in relation to verbal and non-verbal communication skills is mandatory in this highly visible position. 
Responsibilities, Duties, & Qualifications:

  • Monitor the Winner’s Club and educate guests on casino rules/regulations for current promotions.
  • Actively promote the Winner’s Club and its benefits to Cahuilla Casino customers.
  • Promote all eligible guests to enroll in the Winner’s Club. Create and maintain guest accounts.
  • Conduct promotions and help facilitate special events and entertainment, assist with promotions, drawings, hot seats and other casino events.
  • Meet and greet guests upon their arrival, including bus and tour groups.
  • Record information regarding guests, major wins, etc. for marketing department.
  • Provide excellent guest service in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Facilitate the flow of information by attending scheduled departmental meetings as necessary.
  • Make announcements over the intercom pertaining to jackpots or casino events.
  • Answer calls and forward to appropriate casino personnel.
  • Restock gift items and promotional items and keep a running inventory of all items on hand.
  • Communicate regularly with all casino departments regarding casino-wide promotional events.
  • Promotes good inter-departmental relations through effective communication of events.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Ability to speak, write and read English Language. Confident in Public Speaking
  • Maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of computers, customer service is essential. Previous hospitality experience preferred.
  • H.S. Diploma or GED required as minimum level of education.
  • Must meet requirements to qualify for a Cahuilla Casino Gaming License.
